No company can make 100% of their drivers happy. This is the case in any business. That's just human nature. This is why there will be ten drivers who will speak positively about a particular truck company, and then twelve other drivers will talk negatively about the same company. Also, many times a recruiter or an operator can log in to the forums and post only good things about the company. There is also something about the old saying, "There are always two sides to a story."

One thing about the truck drivers is that they do not have a problem when it comes to speaking what is in their minds. When searching for the right trucking company and a better truck driving job, one must take into account several points:

- How long has the company been in business?

- What's their turn on the interest rate?

- What salary do they pay to the freshers?

- Are there actual average mileage?

- How fast is their income increases?

- How easy it would be for them to get you home?

- Is there a transportation lane?

There are many questions to be answered and researched before you pick the trucking company as your employer.
